The IREM Sterostab Y322 Voltage Stabilizer was designed to meet the stringent requirements of the food&beverage sector

The food and beverage industry requires safe and reliable products with special standards in terms of protection from contamination and corrosion resistance.
The power supply of the production lines requires Voltage Stabilizers which, besides ensuring high levels of Power Quality, are able to meet high requirements of protection and robustness to prevent the entry of liquids and powders, the highest level of hygiene and marked resistance at particularly high or low temperatures.

The IREM Sterostab Y322 Voltage Stabilizer was designed to meet the stringent requirements of such a specific industry.

The cabinet is designed to withstand corrosive agents, hot vapors and mechanical stresses.

In order to guarantee all the required technical specifications over time, a special cabinet was designed. It is entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel and consists of a welded frame, with a load-bearing function, with a satin finished surface to which the shaped panels have been fixed with a completely flat outer surface, scotch brite medium surface finish with a roughness of 0.8 μm.

In particular, it is a Sterostab Y322AK1000 Voltage Stabilizer with following characteristics:

  • Power: 1000 kVA
  • Input voltage range: ±20%
  • Protection degree: IP54
  • Ambient temperature: -20°C to +50°C
  • Cabinet: stainless steel
