The commissioning of a TPA six jets IREM Pelton turbine-generator unit in the Fukuji plant, located in the prefecture of Gifu, in Japan, has been inaugurated.
Equipped with an asynchronous generator, the Pelton turbine unit allows easy and safe operation of the hydroelectric plant, ideal for “mini hydro” installations.
The model of the IREM Pelton turbine installed in Fukuji has a nominal power of 250 kW, a nominal head of 88 m and a nominal flow rate of 274 l / s.
