This project was born from the need of the company to want to save on the cost of energy at a time of sharp increase in energy costs.
To reduce electricity consumption in this specific sector where electricity is the main energy vector, following the personalized analysis carried out with IREM ECOMETER, IREM proposed to AURORA to use the ECOSTAB model T316AJB400S energy economizer.
The installed IREM energy saver has many advantages, such as:

- reduction of maintenance costs on all appliances powered by Ecostab
The implementation of Ecostab IREM has made it possible to create synergy with the high-power FTV production plant in use at the company, which tends to raise the voltage value especially in the presence of high production and low withdrawals.
The solution proposed by IREM has a Green implication because it improves the efficiency of the production process through the constant and stabilized voltage supply of electrical loads, reducing energy waste with consequent reduction of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.
IREM offers the widest range of energy saving equipment with solutions from 5kVA to 4000kVA. The Ecostab – Ecobuck Energy Savers are designed to operate correctly with a maximum ambient temperature of 40 ° C in Heavy Duty conditions: continuous operation at full load and minimum input voltage. They are designed to withstand an overload capacity of 10 times the rated power for 10 milliseconds, 5 times for 6 seconds, 2 times for 1 minute and are manufactured with different IP ratings: IP00 rating, IP21 rating, IP54 INDOOR rating and IP54 rating OUTDOOR.
